Join Our Online Couture Process
At the Aadya Fashions, we pride ourselves in providing the highest quality garments and service, guaranteeing your couture order is perfect for that special occasion. Our online couture commitment ensures to deliver the true fashion experience. From the initiation of placing your order with us, a dedicated design consultant will assist you every step of the way along with a dedicated couturier ensuring the garment fits perfectly.
Initial Confirmation
Once you have successfully placed your order online, an invoice will be generated and shared with you over an email. This will include all your relevant product and order details. Our online couture process starts from the moment you visit our website, to the moment the order is received by you.
Design Discussion
Within 24 hours of placing your order, one of our design consultants will be assigned to take the order forward. We will get in touch with you over a call to discuss any additional details such as full-body measurements, any customizations in terms of sleeves, neckline, length, etc.
Final Confirmation
Once we have received the aforementioned information, we will be sending a final order confirmation on the email along with all the details for verification. Once this has been confirmed, the order will be passed to our atelier and artisans who will be dedicatedly working on your outfit.
Couture Consultant
Your handmade and couture garment will be made by our highly skilled artisans and couturiers. Your dedicated consultant will be with you every step of the way to answer any questions and also provide updates on the progress of your garment.
The Delivery
Our garments are packaged with utmost love and care using sustainable recycled plastic. Once your couture outfit is ready, our team will get in touch to inform you of the dispatch and all the shipping details will be shared over an email.
Styling Tips
Once you receive the order we will check in with you to ensure you love your outfit as much as we did making it. You can reach out to our design consultant for tips on styling the look and any queries related to product care and storage.
